Refund Policy

Before you buy

E-Sys MAX has a free 3-day trial with every feature, on your own PC and car, without a card. Please use it to make sure E-Sys MAX works with your PC, your E-Sys and your car before buying.

When you get a refund

• Unused licence: within 14 days after the purchase, if the licence was never activated (never confirmed on any PC).
• Our fault: if the licence cannot work because of a fault on our side that we cannot fix within a reasonable time after you told us.
• Double payment: if you were charged twice for the same licence by mistake.
• Wherever the law of your country gives you a right to a refund that cannot be excluded.

When there is no refund

• once the licence has been activated (it is digital content delivered at once, and you could test everything free first);
• for a change of mind, for vehicles, control units, E-Sys or PSdZData versions the trial already showed you, or for missing setting names;
• when the licence was cancelled because the Terms were broken;
• for problems caused by your vehicle, your computer, other software, or by coding (see the Vehicle Coding Disclaimer).

How to ask

Write to @EsysMaxbot with your PC ID and, for card payments, the e-mail address of the order. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method (card refunds through Stripe usually take 5 to 10 days) and the licence is cancelled.

Chargebacks

Please contact us before disputing a payment with your bank; we answer quickly. A disputed or charged-back payment cancels the licence.
