Version 2026-10-02. What we collect, why, where it goes, and your rights.

1. Who is responsible

KDR Coding, Los Angeles, California, USA ("we") is responsible for the personal information described here. Contact: @EsysMaxbot on Telegram.

2. What stays on your computer

Everything you do with your vehicles stays on your PC: vehicle orders (FA), SVT, coding files, backups, fault lists and reports are saved in your own folders and are never uploaded by E-Sys MAX. A problem report is only made when you press the button, and it is sent only by you.

We do not sell or share your personal information for advertising, we do not use advertising or analytics trackers, and the website does not set cookies. Fonts and files are served from our own website.

4. Who processes it for us

We use these service providers, each only to run the Service: Stripe (card payments), Vercel (licence service), Supabase (licence database), Telegram (the bot), Hostinger (website hosting), Cloudflare (domain and DNS), GitHub (software downloads and website files). Some of them are located in or transfer data to the United States and other countries; they protect it under their own terms and, where required, standard contractual clauses.

5. How long we keep it

Licence and order records are kept for as long as the licence exists and then for as long as tax, accounting and dispute rules require (usually up to 7 years). Trial records are kept to enforce one trial per PC. Bot messages are kept by Telegram under its own policy. You can ask us to delete information we no longer need; deleting the records of an active licence ends that licence.

6. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to know and access the personal information we hold about you, to correct it, to delete it, to receive a copy, to object to or restrict its use, and to complain to a data protection authority. Write to us on Telegram; we answer within 30 days (45 days for California requests) and may need to confirm that a request is really yours.

California residents

Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (as amended by the CPRA) you have the right to know what personal information we collect, use and disclose (described above), to delete it, to correct it, and to not be discriminated against for using these rights. We do not sell or share personal information as defined by California law, and we do not use sensitive personal information to infer characteristics. You may use an authorised agent to make a request.

7. Children

The Service is for adults (18+). We do not knowingly collect information from children.

8. Security

Licences and confirmations are signed, connections are encrypted (HTTPS), the licence database is locked so only the licence service can read it, and we keep hardware and VIN information only as one-way codes. No system is perfectly secure; tell us if you find a problem.

9. Changes

We may update this policy; the version date is shown at the top. Material changes are announced in the Software or on the website.
